IEDC-Bled School of Management, an international centre of excellence in executive education and management development, would like to support young managers and potential managers from various countries in their attempts to broaden their knowledge and skills in the field of management.

All summer schools of management at the IEDC are characterized by high quality international professors and large variety of participants, their knowledge and experience and offer life-long friendships and business networks all over the world. In the last 15 years, IEDC summer schools have been attended by over 1,000 young managers and potential managers from 53 countries.
The Young Managers Program is an international two-week course that provides an overview of the main fields of management and managerial skills. The course aims at applying newly-learned concepts to practical business situations and to addressing participants' own business experience and challenges. It is organized in two groups, YMP1 (20 June - 2 July 2010) for managers with up to five years of work experience and YMP2 (27 June - 9 July 2010) for those with over five years of work experience. The Discover Management Program (6 -14 July 2010) is an intensive nine-day seminar for students in their last year of studies or who just graduated and are at the beginning of their carrier, and posses large doses of intellectual and emotional energy, openness to new perspectives, and the willingness to dive in and take the initiative. The DMP teaching team includes internationally renowned professors and practitioners. More details about DMP are available here.
